Well, I have 10 days till the final decision is made but it is looking liek I will get a class 2. When we went in they made if far to clear that this was just a formality. I guess thats just more witches for the fire. Oh well. If things go as planed I will be out of the classroom soon. We are replacing our transport driver and I am the only person with his name in the hat.

Would it be worth going to a local news station? Our local NBC affiliate has a dept for such injustices. They'd be able to put more pressure on the justice dept than you would... just a thought.

sorry to hear man , man that is some shitty thing , of c ourse u should be allowed to use some forec to hold,restrain a violent person from attacking another one , that is just common sense. u should let the violent guy loose on the committe and see how they like it.
